Sharzule’s Quality Foods Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and managed business that processes the best available garlic, chilli and ginger from overseas and produces sauces and pastes, using, where possible, Australian ingredients, as well as, ingredients from overseas.

In 1983 the brand ‘Sharzule’ evolved, supplying a tight range of products to a number of food service distributors, mainly in the eastern states of Australia, and retail products to small stores such as gourmet grocery and local butcher shops.
In 1993, the ‘de Visser family’ acquired the business of Sharzule and increased product availability in the number of food service distributors around Australia through the introduction of the brand ‘Caterers Crush’.
The Sharzule brand is a premium product, while Caterers Crush represents ‘value for money’. Both brands play an important role for the company.
A significant part of Sharzule’s growth has come from contract packing (preparing and packaging product for other companies and labelling with various labels including the contract companys’ own label) and, also providing ingredients for other manufacturers.
Contract packing activities, include, both food service (product for commercial kitchens and restaurants) and retail (supermarkets and food stores).
Recently, after many years of supplying to restaurants, Sharzule has now made available, these same quality products for home, under the brand, ‘Chef’s Garden’.

- Garlic sauce in easy to use squeeze bottle
Sharzule’s Quality Foods is both ISO 9001:2008 and HACCP certified (since March 1999) and licenced to use the ‘Australian Made’ logo on Chef’s Garden sauces.
