Through the development of effective systems and procedures we will ensure that our products will be made to specification, getting it right the first time in accordance with customer expectations.
These systems and procedures will be continually reviewed and improved upon to achieve customer satisfaction.
Sharzule’s Quality Foods is committed to continual improvement and all employees are actively encouraged to contribute to improving our product quality and safety, processes and customer satisfaction. Our business objectives and the effectives of the HACCP based, quality management system are formally reviewed at Management Review Meetings.
It is the responsibility of every employee to ensure the total safety and quality of the product at all times by proper handling, packaging and storing.
It is the responsibility of the Manager to ensure that every employee understands our Quality Management System and is conversant with the procedures which apply to them, including relevant HACCP Plans.
